How long will my account take to be open?
All trade account applications are reviewed within 24 working hours. You will receive a welcome email once your account is activated. You'll also receive an onboarding call from your assigned account manager.
How do I get my 20% discount?
Once your account is activated, you will be given your own discount code to use throughout the ROCCIA website. This will apply your discount at the checkout stage.
Alternatively, speak with your account manager, they can process an order for you with the discount already applied.
Do you offer credit terms?
All of our trade accounts are classed as "cash accounts". This means that you would need to pay for your order before it is dispatched. You can pay using credit/debit card, Klarna or bank transfer.
Can you deliver direct to site?
Of course, one of the many perks of choosing ROCCIA as your tile supplier is that we can deliver directly to your customer. Saving you time and money. Simply enter your customers address as the shipping address in the checkout.
Do you offer samples?
