The South Lodge Project, Lytham

The South Lodge Project, Lytham

At Roccia, we’re thrilled to have been involved with the South Lodge Project. This extraordinary property dubbed the Lytham Super Home and spanning an impressive 13,000 square feet, is a testament to the pinnacle of contemporary residential living.

Collaborating closely with the esteemed architect Ben Jurin, we embarked on a journey to craft a bespoke design that seamlessly fused modern aesthetics, impressive ergonomics, and cutting-edge functionality.

Lytham Super Home

Throughout this remarkable project, sustainability remained at the forefront of our considerations. We introduced award-winning cabinetry from Valcucine kitchens, a triumph in sleek, modern craftsmanship that utilises 100% recyclable materials such as glass and aluminium. This commitment to sustainability continued with our thoughtful selection of Quooker taps, designed to curtail the use of plastic and promote energy efficiency. These exceptional taps, consuming less water and energy than conventional kettles, were further complemented by including a Quooker cube, providing filtered chilled and sparkling water.

Alongside the kitchen, our team worked on the master en-suite, incorporating the client’s distinctive black and copper elements and skillfully selected Tremme Matt tiles that exuded an earthy, natural allure with a hint of copper, flawlessly harmonising with the home’s existing aesthetic.

The Details

For the floor tiles, we selected the exquisite Tremme Matt tiles in a generously sized 120x120mm dimension, boasting a captivating blend of sophistication and understated elegance.

In the heart of the home, the kitchen furniture, supplied by the renowned Valcucine, transcends expectations with its unparalleled quality and design. The worktop, also a creation from Valcucine, embodies sophistication in every aspect, crafted with a captivating glass black finish. Accompanying these finishes are high-spec appliances renowned for their unparalleled performance: Gaggenau ovens and a Bora hob.

Moving on to the master en-suite, we find ourselves immersed in a sanctuary of tranquillity and refinement. The walls are adorned with Palace Infibre Matt tiles, measuring an impressive 2600x1200mm, contributing to a sense of grandeur that is truly awe-inspiring. The focal point of the master en-suite is the free-standing bathtub, a striking masterpiece in a captivating matt black finish, measuring an indulgent 1800x1200mm. Completing the space is the sublime Gessi shower head, offering both functionality and luxurious indulgence. The Gessi Conno Taps in a brushed copper finish add a touch of elegance and sophistication, harmonising perfectly with the overall design.
