The first step in turning your bathroom dreams into a reality is, of course, to get in touch with our team! However you choose to do this, you can expect a quick and friendly response:

From here, we will be more than happy to have an initial conversation, briefly talk through what you’re looking for, and book your first appointment. At this stage, you can send us any plans you may have, and our team can begin to take a look at these so we can start working on the layout if needed.

Your Initial Appointment

Here it is, the day you’ve been waiting for: your first appointment. All you need to do is arrive at our showroom ready to get creative, share your ideas, and collaborate with our team. Some people choose to be extra prepared and bring things such as:

  • Moodboards: These will present the aesthetic inspirations they have seen to help us know which direction they’d like to go with the design. Check out our Pinterest for some ideas.
  • Product lists: For more established ideas, this is helpful when a specific range or style bathroom is already in your mind.
  • Bathroom brands: If you have a very clear image in mind and want to stick to one brand.

Although this is entirely optional, these help us get a better idea of what you like and don’t like and how we can accommodate this. During your appointment, our team will create a 3D model that allows us to visualise your bathroom and work on the sizes, distances, and layout that would be most suitable for your space. Our expert team has created countless bathrooms and will always be able to come up with the best solution that meets your needs and wants and works with the space you have.

Choosing Products and Brands

One of the most exciting parts about designing a bathroom is selecting the brands and products you want for your new space. Once we have finalised the initial layout, it’s time to start browsing! Thankfully, we have an extensive range of products to choose from at Roccia, from bathroom tiles to fixtures and fittings and everything in between to help create your dream space. We work with a wide range of suppliers, from low to medium to medium to high, and luxury brands, meaning we can offer something for everyone, wherever your budget sits on that spectrum. To help narrow your options down, it would be helpful to come with an idea of your budget; that way, we can tailor products and brands to you during your appointment.

Placing the Order

Once you’re happy with the quote that our team have provided, we’ll ask you to pay a 50% deposit prior to the placement of goods. As part of this, we’ll sign an acknowledgement that details your order, give you a copy, and keep one for ourselves.

At this stage, things can really start moving, and our team should be able to provide you with a lead time once we have this confirmed by our suppliers. This will allow you to project manage your time scale when it comes to booking fitters and arranging for tile delivery, for example.

Then, once the order is placed, you’ll have access to your 2D plans and 3D-rendered visuals alongside the technical specification sheet for each product upon request. This allows you to work with your fitters and ensure build-outs will be deep enough to house concealed parts, for example.

When to Expect Your Delivery

Deliveries are usually made in two parts:

  • Part 1 will typically include tiles and anything that would be concealed, such as valves, wall-mounted mixer, WC frame, shower tray, or bath.
  • Part 2 will include any other items.

We kindly ask that if there is a problem with the delivery or anything arrives damaged, you let us know immediately so our team can promptly rectify the issue.

Ongoing Support During Your Fitting

Throughout the fitting process, our team will support you at every step of the way; there won’t be a moment when you feel left in the dark, confused, or unsure about what’s going on. Whether you need to get in touch with a question or you’d like us to liaise with your fitters, we are here to ensure you’re happy at every stage.

We understand that this may be the first time you’re renovating your home, and this process can be stressful and challenging, especially if something doesn’t go according to plan. In these instances, we are available over the phone, via email, or in person if you’d like to visit our showrooms and speak with us here. Completing the Final Product and Aftersales Support

So, your bathroom is complete, the fitters have gone, and you can step into your new space knowing everything is within budget and exactly how you wanted it; what an amazing feeling! At this stage, some customers wave goodbye and return for their next project, but a finished bathroom doesn’t always mean that our job is done. Whether you’d like to send us some pictures or leave a review, we’d love to see and hear how we did and what parts of your new bathroom you love the most.
